On 7 September 2007, CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. won the bid of breakwater west dike of Weifang Port (mid port area) in Shangdong. The contract value is RMB 100 million, and construction period is 15 months.
The project, which is 5.222km long, is an important component of 10,000t-class wharf in Sendamei port area of Weifang Port. It is reported that the 10,000t-class wharf in Sendamei port area, the first 10,000t-class wharf in Weifang, Shandong, was started up in June 2007. The total investment amounts to RMB 1.2 billion, and construction period is 2.5 years.
