On 4 February 2007, CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. won the bid of Section B of Binhai East Highway, which is the section from Tong an Bridge to Dongkang Road. The contract value amounts to RMB 210 million with construction period of 540 days.
Starts from Tong an Bridge and ends at Dongkang Road. It is 3.66km long, 40m wide and dual three-lane. The main bridge is a cable-stayed bridge with lone-oblique tower.
