China First Heavy Industry Held 2009 General Meeting of Shareholders

Proposed by the Seventh Session of the First CFHI Stock Company Directorate meeting, at 2pm to 4pm on May 20, 2010, CFHI stock company held the 2009 General Meeting of Shareholders at CFHI business hotel.

Stock company director Wu Shengfu, Wang Yong, Liu Dengyun, and independent director Liu Bin attend the meeting. Stockholders representative who attend the meeting are: Wu Shengfu, from CFHI group company; Wang Yong, from China Huarong Asset Management Corporation; Jiang Ling, from China Great Wall Asset Management Corporation; Zhao Rui, from Founder Securities Limited Company, and Sun Zhiyong, from Taidahongli Fund Management Limited Company.

Moreover, Baosteel Group Corporation appointed Wu Shengfu, CDPQ and Norges Bank appointed Liu Changren to attend the meeting and commissioned voting right. Some members of board of supervisors, senior administrators of stock company, and secretaries and attorneys of directorate also attended the meeting.

The total stocks from attended shareholders are 4394817828, account for 67.22% of total company s capital stock.

Meeting is hosted by board chairman Wu Shengfu.

Attended shareholders discussed and passed 12 reports and proposals, such as 2009 Annual Report on the Work of CFHI Stock Company , 2009 Report of Supervisory Committee of CFHI Stock Company , and 2009 Financial Report of CFHI Stock Company .
