China Longyuan Held the Forum of Longyuan Management and the Training Program of the Senior Management Successfully

On July 1 and 2, the Forum of Longyuan Management and the Training Program of the Senior Management was successfully held at Suzhou. It was presided separately by General Manager Xie Changjun and Secretary of Party Leadership Group Tian Shicun. Mr. Xie delivered a summary speech. Leaders of the company including Wang Liansheng, Zhang Yuan, Li Hongmei, Wang Jianting, Fei Zhi and Jia Nansong also attended this forum.

Three famous professors and experts on the management were invited to give lectures and some of the trainees also delivered speeches to exchange their experiences in combination with their practice in the work.

In the morning of July 1, Li Tao, who is a doctor and professor of Nanjing University, a distinguished visiting professor of the School of Continuing Education, Tsinghua University and a famous expert on the management breakthrough, lectured on the differences and melting of the western and Chinese cultures. He expounded in detail the differences concerning behaviors, thinking modes, cultural discrepancies and managements. And he put forward the approaches to melt the western and Chinese cultures which are to increase cooperation, to focus on the locality, to melt into the collective and to implement innovation successively.

In the afternoon of July 1, Sun Honggang, who is an expert on the Taiji Innovative Management and a distinguished commentator on finance, was invited to explain its theory of the Leadership of Confucianism. He illustrated the arts and wisdom of a leader through a keen analysis of the ancient Chinese culture.
In the morning of July 2, professor Bai Wangang, who is the director and CEO of Huacai Consultative Group and an expert on China s chief group strategy and management, was invited to give a lecture on the group management, control and governance which is to explain the way to build up an enterprise group based on professional operation through the management and control system of integrative design, the operation of the management and control system and the operation of the benchmarking management system.

After the program, some trainees delivered their speeches to exchange their experiences. They discussed and shared the experiences and perceptions on the equipment and production management, and human resources based on the practice in their work so that it exercised positive functions in the promotion of China Longyuan s management level.

Finally, General Manager Xie Changjun delivered a summary speech. He pointed out that the experts invited at this forum were rich in knowledge and well-informed. Their lectures were closely linked to the management practice and helpful to the enhancement of the trainees management ability. This forum was an opportunity for the trainees to contemplate their management skills and to make clear of their thoughts.

From then on, the company would offer relevant training programs and forums through multi-levels and multi-forms so that the management ability of the company s personnel at each level would be improved.
