China Longyuan Power Held the Third Session of the First Meeting of the Board of Directors in 2010

On Aug. 19^th, China Longyuan Power held its third session of the first meeting of the Board of Directors at the Head Office in 2010. Directors who attended this session include Zhu Yongpeng, Xie Changjun, Wang Baole, Tian Shicun, Luan Baoxing, Wang Liansheng, Li Junfeng, Meng Yan and director Zhang Songyi did so through a telephone conference. In addition, supervisors including Chen Bin, Yu Yongping, Wang Jianting also attended the meeting as well as the senior management: Huang Qun, Zhang Yuan and Li Hongmei. Jia Nansong, secretary of the Board, also attended the meeting. Meanwhile, representatives from law firms: Clifford Chance and Jiayuan also participated in it. And the meeting was presided by Zhu Yongpeng, chairman of the Board.

Zhu Yongpeng was satisfied with the company s performance in the first half of this year. As for the second half of this year, he put forward the following requirements: Firstly, continue to give priority to the sense of profit and maximize the profit of this year. Secondly, attach more importance to the offshore wind power development and do a good work of internal cooperation. Thirdly, strengthen capital operation and fortify the cooperation in the field of wind power investment with other enterprises. Lastly, continue to do a good work of centralized submission of CDM for approval .

At the meeting, several proposals were passed, they are: Proposal of the Interim Report and Results 2010 of China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Ltd., Proposal of the Interim Financial Statement 2010 of China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Ltd., Proposal of Setting The Joint Venture of South African Project of China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Ltd. and Proposal of the Launching of the Preliminary Work of North Dakota Wind Power Project of the US of China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Ltd.
