China Longyuan Power Holds the First Session of The Second Meeting of the Board of Directors and The First Session of the First Meeting of the Board of Supervisors in Hongkong

On March 15, 2011, China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited (00916.HK) held the first session of the second meeting of the board of directors in Hongkong. General manager of China Guodian Corporation and president of Longyuan, Zhu Yongpeng chaired this meeting. Executive director and general manager Xie Changjun, executive directors Tian Shicun and Wang Liansheng, non-executive directors Wang Baole and Luan Baoxing, independent non-executive directors Li Junfeng, Zhang Songyi and Meng Yan, chairmen of supervisory board Chen Bin, supervisor Yu Yongping and Wang Jianting, deputy general manager Huang Qun, general accountant Li Hongmei and secretary of the board of directors Jia Nansong all attended this meeting.

The meeting examined and adopted 19 proposals which included About Annual Report & Performance Report of China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited in 2010, About Work Report of the Board of Directors of China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited in 2010, and About Financial Statements Report of China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited in 2010.

Before the board of directors was held, the audit committee, remuneration and assessment committees, nominating committee and strategy committee which are set under the board of directors respectively convened meetings to check and approve proposals in the responsibility range.
