November 16, China's player Wang Hao was celebrating winning scores in the game.

November 16, the Chinese delegation continued with the trend of gold winning, and has won a total of 23 medals in swimming, gymnastics, table tennis, shooting and other events. Wang Hao, a table tennis star of our province, on behalf of the national team together with his teammates won a landslide victory with 3 to 0 over South Korea in the men's team table tennis finals held at night, which not only adds a gold for the Chinese delegation, but also wins the first gold medal for our province in the Asian Games.
In today's table tennis team finals, Wang Hao was assigned to be the first single, against South Korea's Oh Sang Eun. During the competition, Wang Hao had high morale and initiated the attack, showing unprecedented self-confidence and maturity. After winning the first game with 11 to 7, Wang Hao performed better and better, giving no opportunity to the opponent, and finally won another two games with 11 to 5 and 11 to 8, ushering in the grand opening in the finals for the Chinese male table tennis team. Subsequently, teammate Ma Lin and Ma Long by virtue of the opportunity seized by Wang Hao also fought in a fast and clear manner, and defeated their opponents respectively with 3 to 0. Chinese male table tennis team achieved 5 successive championships in team table tennis, which is also the 7th time for the Chinese table tennis athletes to win the gold medal of this event in Asian Games.

The performance of Wang Hao had been at a low point since the Beijing Olympic Games, however, after his hard training since this year, he fought courageously in international competitions, first won the gold medal together with his teammates in the team competition of the Moscow World Table Tennis Championships held in September, and then won victory over his teammate Zhang Jike in the List of World Table Tennis Champions, and thus re-gaining the title of the first world male single.

In the Asian Games, technically and psychologically matured Wang Hao deserved to be the first main force in the team competition. He was never defeated in any of the competitions he participated in, laying a solid foundation for the Chinese male table tennis team to win the team champion in the Asian Games.

Prior to the Chinese male table tennis team winning the team champion, the Chinese female table tennis team also won the victory over the Singapore team with 3 to 0 in the finals, and got the Asian Games women's team table tennis gold medal.
