The Fourth Tianqiao Folk Cultural Festival, with "integration, inheritance, transcendence" as its theme, has officially opened in Tianqiao Theatre. The festival will last for a week, during which, acrobatics, unique skills, ballet, instrumental ensembles, banner playing and comic dialogues will be performed by folk artists. Eight neighborhood committees has carries out a variety of cultural activities with the theme of "my community, my home", including calligraphy, poetry, singing, handicraft-making, unique skills, and other sporting games. During the festival, the subdistrict committees will also organize residents to watch old Tianqiao movies, traditional Tianqiao acrobatics, and invite folk artists, resident to talk about future development of the area.
