On the morning of April 21, the cornerstone laying ceremony of the first national TFT-LCD process engineering laboratory and the research building was held in Beijing, symbolizing the lab was launched into construction officially. Bejing Orient Science & Technology Group CO., LTD takes charge of the project in cooperation with SCUT and Tsinghua University. Institute of Polymer Optoelectronic Materials and Devices of SCUT is mainly responsible for the research and development of high mobility TFT display substrate technology.
