SCUT students win 3rd prize of NCTTC

Recently, the final of the 4th National Collegiate Transportation Technology Competition (NCTTC) was held in Beijing Jiaotong University. Thirty-eight works from 44 domestic universities including Tsinghua University, Tongji University, South China University of Technology, Beijing Jiaotong University etc., competed for the champion. ZHENG Shujian, CUI Junfeng and PENG Huayi from Department of Traffic Engineering, School of Civil and Transportation Engineering, under the instruction of LU Kai, represented SCUT with the work "An optimal design of one-way traffic organization in low storied dwellings with specified functions" and won the 3rd prize.
It is known that as a competition lasting for half a year, it received 107 works from 44 colleges and universities. Organized by the steering committee of the National Traffic Engineering, the competition is a national and academic one focusing on college students' transportation technology innovation.
