On May 19, Dr. Neil Gold, vice president of University of Windsor, Canada, and Dr. Mitchell Fields, executive director of senior administrative training, together with personnel from China Education Service Center, paid a visit to SCUT. Vice president ZHU Min warmly welcomed the guests.
Vice president ZHU introduced the basic information about teaching and research of SCUT, and vice president Neil Gold introduced the general facts of University of Windsor and expressed his wish to initiate cooperation in the fields of automobile, finance, etc.
Established in 1857, University of Windsor is a famous comprehensive university in Canada and is the only university in the country which offers automotive engineering courses for undergraduate, master's and doctor's degree programs. It boasts of the most advanced auto laboratory in North America and a prominent position in automobile and financial actuarial science.
