On the afternoon of Dec. 17, GONG Erzhen, Deputy Mayor of Guangzhou, paid a visit to SCUT. Peng Shuolong, vice-president of SCUT as well as venue manager, warmly received the guests. On her inspection visit, GONG Erzhen also attended the Awarding Ceremony to present prizes to winners in Men s 100kg Judo.

Vice-president PENG Shuolong gave an introduction on the situation of SCUT venue as well as the events hosted, with a focus on the IT measures taken to guarantee the success of the events. After inspecting the operation of IT equipment, GONG praised that SCUT is strong in IT, whether in terms of personnel training or technological innovation.
