Delegates from Curtin University of Technology visit Jinan University

Prof. Jo Ward, Dean of School of Science and Engineering from Curtin University of Technology, and Dr. Ling Li, head of Department of Computing of the school, visited Jinan University on Dec. 10^th, 2007. They talked with their peers at College of Information Science and Technology and College of Science and Engineering and discussed about the possibilities in promoting students and faculty s exchange and developing joint research programs on projects of common interests. Following the meeting, they toured some labs and were impressed with our research capability and advanced instruments for teaching.

In the afternoon, Prof. Jo Ward and Dr. Ling Li made speeches for students from College of Science and Engineering and College of Information Science and Technology, namely, Introduction to Curtin University of Technology, and Reconstruction of Human Model and Motion from Monocular Images.
