The Calaisa group is a young band in Sweden. However, they have already made remarkable accomplishments. Their new album "Calaisa" sold gold in Sweden 2007. They have also been nominated for the Global Country Music Awards. They toured in the United Kingdom with the world famous artist Simply Red.
They played for the Royal Swedish Family at Crown Princess Victoria s 30th birthday. All these made them a subject of a documentary in Swedish television. This time, they are invited by Guangdong Province to attend the 2007 Guandong International Tourism Festival. After performing on the Sister Cities Gala Evening and the Opening Ceremony of the festival, they came to Jinan and brought our staff and students with a cultural feast with full exotic flavor.
