From May 18 to 23, a sports team ion from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, consisting of 29 people, visited Jinan University. On May 19 and 21, they had games against the men s soccer team and women s basketball team from Jinan University and Guangdong Technological University respectively.
During their visit, Prof. Lu Daxiang, Vice President received the team. Team members also paid a visit to the university history museum and had discussion with the Physical Education Department and Students Affairs Office on future exchange.
The athletic exchange between Jinan University and Nanyang Technological University started from 1994. The two sides have been kept sending sports teams since then for friendship competitions every year.
