4 Scholars Won the 3rd Peikang Chang Prize

The 3rd Peikang Chang Prize in Development Economics was unveiled in Huazhong Unviersity of Science and Technology during Dec. 11 and 12, 2010. Four scholars named Dwight Heald Perkins, Li Shi, Lu Feng, Zhang Jun, won the prize.

The awarded works are Economics of Development by Dwight H. Perkins, Professor of Harvard University , The Distribution of Income In China III by Li Shi, Professor of Beijing Normal University , Measurement of Capital Return in China 1978-2006 by Lu Feng, Professor of Peking University ,and Why China Has a Good Infrastructure? by Zhang Jun, Cheung Kong Scholar of Fudan University .

Honored by Peikang Chang Research Funding for Development Economics, Peikang Chang Prize aims to push the research and development of development economics in China.

Together with the Awarding Ceremony is 2010 China Economics Development Forum with the theme Creation in China Economy Transformation and Development Model.
