A little neon reminder of the 80's...
Remember those dodgy 80's work out videos? Well that's what your aiming for style wise today.
This sporting-80's mix could end you up looking like a Chav or a nu-rave kiddy so watch out.
The mix includes neon colours, velour and a smattering of metalics.
Don't wear pure neons, mix your colour with muted greys. Also don't wear your full tracksuit including hoody! That's not fashion, that's lazy.
Wear a playsuit with footless tights and heels, wear platfroms with your trackies. If you are wearing trainers make sure they are either a bold colour or a shiny shiny metalic!
Brightly coloured pumps would work too!
