On Mar.23rd, United States Customs announced that Customs officers of Port of Dallas/Fort Worth recently detained a large number of infringement import goods which is record-breaking. The photograph below shows some detained watches.

According to the introduction by the lawyer--Li Xinyu who is specializing in the operation of Customs Law and comes from Shanghai representative office of Stein Shostak Shostak Pollack&O'Hara.LLP(SSSPO), U.S. Customs seized these commodities on a flight from Japan in Dallas International Airport on Feb.18th. These commodities were made in China included clothing, watches, handbags and other accessories. U.S. Customs estimated the domestic value of these commodities would reach 309, 355 U.S. dollars, while the retail price on the street would reach 2,291,686 U.S. dollars high. After sorting and counting, these commodities have been verified to infringe at least 31 items of intellectual property rights and trademark rights which have been put on records by United States Customs.
