The Evergreen Classic – Transformation of the Qipao Exhibition was held in Hong Kong Museum of History from 23rd June to 13th, September in 2010, which is the biggest Qipao exhibition in Hong Kong. This exhibition is supported by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and the Institute of Textiles & Clothing, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Qipao originates from garments of Man minority people. After years of transformation, it becomes a popular daily garment for women in 1920s and 1930s. Now, it has already been the high end fashion in China. The specialty of Qipao is that its refined cut can display the unique beauty of Chinese female.

Blanc de Chine is invited to attend this exhibition, which shows its great contribution to the development of Qipao. Many creations of Blanc de Chine will be displayed at the exhibition.
