New expanded Agreement between ETP & Lawson to deliver the Lawson M3 Enterprise Management System in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

Singapore, June 4th, 2010 – Lawson Software (NASDAQ:LWSN) today announced an expanded partnership with ETP International. Under this new extended agreement, ETP, a Lawson partner for over 12 years, will now market, sell and implement the Lawson M3 Enterprise Management System to Fashion manufacturing and distribution companies in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

ETP is currently present in over 14 countries across Asia Pacific, India and the Middle East. As such, this alliance provides an opportunity for both Lawson Software and ETP to leverage onto each other’s network and resources; thereby generating a stronger presence with Lawson M3 solutions. Lawson Software is confident that this enhanced partnership with ETP will reinforce channel businesses within the mentioned region.

With over 12 years of Lawson M3 experience ETP has a proven track record of delivering successful projects across the region.
