CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People s Republic of China granted a plaque to the National Demonstration Base of Internet of Things in Chayuan New Area, Nan an District,Chongqing on March 14, 2011, indicating the formal settling of the base in Chongqing. Later Nan an District signed settling or cooperative agreements with relevant enterprises on the demonstration base project, with contract amount of more than 20 billion yuan.
According to the development plan for the internet of things industry, Chayuan New Area is to serve as the main park zone of the "demonstration base of internet of things", and Chongqing Economic and Technological Development Zone, the New North Zone, as well as Chongqing Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, will serve as the expansion zone for software developing and products applying.
