Currently, the number of registered trademark, famous trademark and geological indication ranks second in west China respectively.
By 2015, Chongqing will have had effective registered trademark in Chongqing of 100,000 pieces, famous trademark in Chongqing of 1,000 pieces, famous trademark in China of 70 pieces, and geological indication of 60 pieces in total; meanwhile, Chongqing will have a more reasonable trademark layout, according to the principal of Chongqing Administration for Industry and Commerce.
