Chongqing Gas will officially submit IPO materials to China Securities Regulatory Commission in the 2nd Quarter and Shenyin & Wanguo Securities will be the main agent for its stocks. The capital from share trading will be used for the reconstruction of the old gas pipe in main urban districts of Chongqing and the construction of the gas pipe system at the outer ring of the city.
