CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- March 21 is the traditional spring equinox of China. By 16:00 pm of March 21, the highest temperature in main urban districts of Chongqing was only 8.6 and that in 2009 was 33.6 .
The statistical data of meteorological observatory showed that Chongqing's Chengkou, Wuxi and Yubei suffered low temperature of 0.9 5.8 and 5.9 respectively.
