CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Jiulongpo District in Chongqing is planning to spend a total of 31.9 billon yuan on its image improving in a bid to improve living condition of its residents as well as to strengthen its comprehensive competitive power. It is reported that the district is to build 5 functional zones according to different cultures, so as to enrich its local feature and cultural connotation.
It is also reported that the year of 2011 is deemed as the "image improving year" of Jiulongpo District; a series of activities, including image planning of its five sub-districts, four actions on city construction management, etc., are to be held this year.
