CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- National Development and Reform Commission has released the second batch of energy-saving service companies recently. Among the 512 listed companies, there are six Chongqing enterprises such as CISDI, Hiten Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Sino-French Energy Service etc.
