CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The total trading volume of commercial housing in Chongqing was 22.39 million square meters (430,000 square meters per week) in 2010, while that of the first two months of 2011 was 2.08 million square meters (270,000 square meters per week), according to the website statistical data of Chongqing Administration of Land, Resources and Housing recently.
In terms of price, the average transaction unit price of Chongqing commercial housing in 2010 was 5,926 yuan/m2, while that of January and February 2011 respectively reached 7,185 and 5,792 yuan/m2.
