Dazu County, Chongqing successfully signed contracts of 11.15 billion yuan for constructing 7 large projects including Qianshou Forbidden City Tourism and Cultural Sports Center, Haitang Xiangguo Historical and Cultural City, etc.
The overall repairing proposal for protection of the Thousand-hand Bodhisattva statue has been approved by the experts. The project will formally start on April 18 and is expected to have been completed by the National Day of 2012.
