CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Chongqing Science and Technology Commission said that Chongqing was to implement the technology projects clean governing responsibility document in 2011. A clean governing responsibility document is required to be signed for each project to appoint special persons to take charge of clean governing. This effort is made to normalize management over scientific research projects.
Responsible person of Chongqing Science and Technology Commission also said that "technological supervisors" from audit firms and experts would be appointed for key technology projects above one-million-yuan level to supervise the technical innovation and finance during implementation process of the project.
