CHONGQING(CQNEWS) -- Chongqing Association for the Promotion of Low-carbon Industry (CAPLI) is established on March 27, 2011 to push low-carbon economy, build low-carbon city and initiate low-carbon life.
Tong Xiaoping, Deputy Mayor of Chongqing, says that Chongqing, as one of China s first pilots of low-carbon cities, has been working on the plan of the low-carbon city and economy and has released supportive policies. It is learned that CAPLI is under the direct supervision of Chongqing Economy and Informationization Commission.
