CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- There will be 143,000 university graduates in Chongqing this year, increasing by 8,000 compared with that of 2010, said Chongqing Municipal Government on March 28, 2011.
By March 25, 2011, the employment signing rate of university graduates has reached 41.8%, up 4.3% compared with the same period of last year. Among them, the employment signing rate of postgraduates, undergraduates and professional students are 36.1%, 35% and 50.5% respectively.
The employment signing rate of professional students is higher than other graduates due to the growing demand for technical talents.
