CHONGQING(CQNEWS) Chongqing has preliminarily planned and formed the Key Project Library of Industry Transformation & Upgrading composed of supergiant, significant and key programs, to ensure the sales value of 3 trillion yuan and the investment of 1.5 trillion yuan during the 12th "Five-Year" Plan period, Chongqing Economy and Informationization Commission released on March 29.
In the library, the supergiant program includes 22 projects in 5 key fields like electronic information and automobile & motorcycle; the significant program covers 113 projects; and the key program consists of 334 projects.
