CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Since the project "Broadcasting in Every Village" started in July 2010, Liangping County of Chongqing has invested over 5.8 million yuan and installed 2,680 tweeters in 268 administrative villages with wired televisions of 32 townships and towns.
