CHONGQING (CQNEWS) Chongqing Branch of China Mobile signed a strategic cooperative agreement with Beibei District People's Government, Chongqing on April 1, 2011. According to the agreement, Chongqing Branch of China Mobile will invest 1 billion yuan in 5 years in the informationization of such fields as governmental affairs, business, production and daily life in Beibei, which will become the first cloud smart pilot district in China.
