CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- To avoid food safety accident like misusing additive, Chongqing Food Industry Association employs 36 experts to form a food technology expert group to regulate the using of food additive.
On April 6, 2011, Chongqing Food Industry Association held the 1st meeting between experts and enterprises. The experts explained many questions for the enterprises.
The food technology expert group consisting of experts from Southwest University, Chongqing Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Chongqing Food Industry Research Institute will hold meetings between experts and enterprises twice to four times per year, to collect the difficulties of enterprises in food production and processing and avoid misusing additive due to poor technology and knowledge.
