CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Chongqing starts building 9 expressways with total length of 500 kilometers, including the third ring expressway from Hechuan to Tongliang, according to the related department on April 7, 2011.
Chongqing will also push the construction of 13 ongoing programs with total length of 700 kilometers. It means expressways under construction in Chongqing will exceed 1,000 kilometers in 2011.
