CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The first batch of public-rent apartments residents ("Minxin Garden") received keys on April 16, 2011. Chongqing Management Bureau of Public-rent Apartments released that by 5:00pm of April 16, a total of 406 lessees have handled procedures for moving in the house.
Xiao Suqun and Deng Changrong, a couple from Wenchuan Earthquake Stricken Area in Sichuan Province, are the first moving into the house.
