CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Zhongke Lifan Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd. signed a purchasing contract with Taiwan Zhongyong Corp. and the latter shall sell Lifan pure electric vehicles in Taiwan, according to Lifan Motors on April 18, 2011.
Zhongyong Corp. is a joint venture co-invested by Taiwan Yongfeng Corp. and China Electric Appliance Corp., which is mainly engaged in electric vehicle marketing.
At the beginning of cooperation, Zhongyong will purchase two Lifan 620 pure electric vehicles from Zhongke Lifan for a market test. After the electric vehicles are admitted by Taiwan market, Zhongke Lifan will send technical and service staff to Taiwan for after-sales support and also establish a part assembly plant in Taiwan in due course.
