CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Chongqing rural per capita cash income reached 1,991.21 yuan in the first quarter of 2011, increasing by 434.38 yuan compared with the same period of 2010, up 27.9%, according to NBS Survey Office in Chongqing on April 21, 2011.
