The Shanghai Administration of Industry and Commerce and six Korean labels shared knowledge in the identification of trademark products in a joint effort to help the city crack down on pirated goods Sunday.
Local companies paid 11.34 million yuan ($1.73 million) in fines last year, after some 1,597 cases involving infringements on foreign brands were investigated by authorities.
