The photo taken on Jan. 30, 2007 shows the flowing ice on the Yellow River near the Yellow River Bridge in Yinchuan, northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. As the temperature in the area is higher than that in 2006, frozen parts in the Ningxia section of the river began to melt.
