The opening ceremony of the 3rd International Yellow River Forum and the 1st Yellow River Estuary Tourism Culture Expo was held today in Dongying City, Shandong Province.
Hu Siyi, Vice Ministers of the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) presided over the ceremony, and more than 1200 overseas and domestic delegates, experts and journalists attended it, including Vice Governor Jia Wanzhi of Shandong Province, Vice Minister Jiao Yong of MWR, Minister Cristina Narbona of Spanish Environment, Chair Loic Fauchon of World Water Commission (WWC),Vice Commissioner Xu Cheng of YRCC and so on.
