On June 2nd, Haikou Boxue Village, and Taiwan Taomi Ecological Village cemented their relationship as sister villages, becoming the first pair of sister villages linking the mainland and Taiwan, according to the Hainan Daily.
Boxue Village will henceforth draw on the successful experiences of Taomi Ecological Village, to create an eco-village with local characteristics in Hainan.This is a long-term friendly and coordinated relationship built to develop concepts, personal training, cultural construction and ecological techniques between the two villages.
