The Sichuan Tourism representative group attended the Guangdong International Tourism Expo this September. Sichuan went to promote tourism during autumn and winter, especially for Leshan city, Deyang city and Chengdu city. Aba, which has been rebuilt since the Sichuan earthquake in 2008, also attended the expo to promote its own tourism resources and products. Although suffering from flooding and other natural disasters this past summer, Sichuan is still a safe and beautiful place to travel, said Mr. Xue Yaping, the deputy director of Sichuan Tourism Administration.
