The 2nd International Ice Climbing Festival will hold its opening ceremony January 16th. The slogan of this year s festival is The Ice Dancing, Comfortable in My Heart . This festival is meant to display the unique ice scenery of Siguniang Mountain and promote the abundance of outdoor activity there.It will also bring more outdoor sports lovers, promote knowledge of environmental protection, and to increase general knowledge of outdoor activities. During the festival, ice climbing competitions will be held as well as various ice shows such as figure skating and ice climbing demonstrations. Tourists can also experience ice climbing and winter activities.
