A newly built passage will connect Metro lines 3, 4 and 9 together at Yishan Road Station, said Shanghai Shentong Metro Group. Ticket holders no longer need to go out of one stop first and buy a ticket again when transferring to another line. The temporary passageway will be replaced by a permanent one in about two years, Shentong said.
