MUSIC in the Summer Air (MISA), the first large-scale outdoor classical music summer festival in Shanghai, hosted by Shanghai Symphony Orchestra and the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission will be held on Aug. 12 - 22, 2010
Co-directed by Long Yu, the Music Director of Shanghai Symphony, and Charles Dutoit, the Music Director of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and the principal conductor of Philadelphia Orchestra, the festival will also see the presence of more than 20 top artists and celebrities as well as a student orchestra of the highest level in Shanghai.
