THE Shanghai Expo Park was reopened to the public on the second day of the new year after a two-month closure since the Expo ended on Oct.31, 2010. People now can enter the park free of charge.
Meanwhile, 9 roads were reopened to traffic. The Shibo Avenue, the main trunkline going through the whole park, has become a thoroughfare without any obstruction after its reopening. The other 8 avenues reopened simultaneously will also faciliate the local public traffic.
