INVESTED by Dalian Haichang (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Polar Ocean World held the contract-signing ceremony in Pudong New Area on Dec. 29, 2010. It is reported that the project will become the world`s largest theme park type polar ocean world. Ms. Zhao Wen, Vice Mayor of Shanghai Municipal People`s Government attended the ceremony.
