China's M&A market boomed both in the number of announced deals and the disclosed amount. 2,771 M&As were announced, posting a 13.80% sequential increase, and a total amount of USD 177.21 billion were involved, up 35.87% compared with the previous year 1,798 deals in total were completed, up 6.14% on a sequential basis, and a total amount of USD 8.202 billion was disclosed for the year, up 62.57%
